Automated phone interview, interview with Area Medical Director, Area Operations Director and Area PT Director. Second interview with Area Operations Director and Regional Operations Director.
I felt the second interview was a complete waste of my time. I was e-mailed three hours later, and the e-mail indicated that they could not proceed any further. If they felt so strongly that I was not a good fit, why even bother with a second interview? Communication was also lacking; interview location, date and time were changed, and although I was told 9 a.m. clearly in an e-mail, they believed my interview was for 11 a.m. Honestly, it's their loss.

At Concentra you have panel interviews. You will interview with an area operations manager. Then the Director of operations. You will also interview with whichever center you will be working for there medical director or the area medical director.

Lacking- I was contacted by a recruiter after applying for the position. We played phone tag, as he encountered last minute meetings, and misunderstood my time zone. Phone screen went well, then passed along to the hiring manager for an additional phone screen. I was told the information would be passed over to a team handing the hiring, as the hiring manager would be out for an extended period of time, and the recruiter would be in contact with me. I was told my background was ideal for the position, which seemed like a positive. Apparently they found someone with a more ideal background, as I never received additional contact.

The initial phone interview lasted roughly 35 minutes and consisted of the usual pre-screening questions. The recruiter was very friendly and gave valuable insight into the organization and the position.
