The interview process was challenging, focused on technical problem-solving, and required maintaining video presence throughout. It tested practical troubleshooting, communication clarity, and adaptability under pressure in a professional remote support setting.
the first interview was HR interview asking familiar HR questions measuring your abilities to adapt to changes and mindset toward problems.
then came the second interview with two friendly engineers "interviewers", a little introduction about yourself in english then started asking basic linux/windows administration, storage, virtualization and networking questions

First i had a brief intro with a HR, then she told that i had to give a versant round. After selecting in a versant round i got a call from HR that my next round in scheduled after 2 to 3 days. I had a technical round in which i had to answer some question related to the job role.
