I applied first week of April. I had to complete a "Prove It" assessment and then do a virtual interview over an automated system on the phone. That took 2 weeks. After passing those I had to always reach out for the next step. I have worked in a lot of virtual positions and never had to wait this long to only receive a email saying I wasn't chosen. Yet I possess the necessary skills to perform the job and I also love technology and helping people. On top of that I figured I wouldn't get the job after the lady heard my voice,ha! Had I been someone different I bet I would have a job. I get tripped out when the person on the other end know your skills and talents to exceed but happily deny you a position. Beneath me,but things change and when the shoe is on the other foot,surely you will have flash backs of denying skilled and talented people jobs. Process took 1 month and 3 days for me.

One Phone Questionaire and Two Live Person Phone Interviews. My offer was made on final interview. I interviewed with two different women, they were each professional and warm. You schedule your interview using online scheduling software. The interviews are scheduled PDT and EDT time so make sure you know that actual time of your interview as this nearly caught me off guard.
