They hire candidates from direct walkin to their company or from any recruitment agency.It's upto them,I was hired from a recruitment agency in Delhi.They don't charge any amount from the candidate.
Interview consisted of 5 stages
1.General interview with HR
2.Passage writing or they will give u 5 topics among which you have to choose 1 and write on it in more than 200 words
3.English language or grammer test (offline on paper)
4.General English language and grammer test on Laptop
4.typing test on laptop(need minimum of 25 wpm with accuracy of 90% minimum)
Documentation and get Offer Letter on the same day

HR round then it follows an written round and last is a operation round. They just ask about yourself and prior experience if you have any. You will be given 2 topics to write down about it in 300 words.

I interviewed through a recruitment agency. The process took one day. It consisted of two personal interviews one telephonic round one technical written test and typing test. The overall interview process was easy and luckily I got selected too.
