Basically there are three rounds . First one is Hr round which is very common like introduction.
Second one is written test which include grammar test and to write on given topic.They just want to check your writing skills.
Third round is operations round in which they ask you why you want to join this company or why you left our previous company and discussion on salary.
Note:This is for experienced person.When they discuss about salary always tell your expections because if you dont they will offer you very less.
Excellent interview process. Easy. Straightforward. Learn the ins and outs of the brand before you head out there. It's an easy one to crack under pressure and easy to sustain a career.

I interviewed through a recruitment agency. The process took one day. It consisted of two personal interviews one telephonic round one technical written test and typing test. The overall interview process was easy and luckily I got selected too.
