First step of interview was started with the interview taken by HR of the Consultants. After that passage round which was not cleared by me. It was a difficult interview for me. After passage round, typing skill and other things were checked.

it was a campus interview where we had to give online test . there were 3 levels first was aptitude test , second was IQ and english test , third was situation handling.

The interview process was very smooth and helpful. HR was friendly and understanding. There were no hiccups during the interview and the results came out quickly. The location was a bit further for me personally and it took quick quite a bit of time to reach there.

They conduct at anonymous consultancy. And they take no responsibility of the behaviour towards applicants. They treat BPO applicants as a labourer. I am not at all happy with the process they carried .
