Colloquio
1) Recruiter Interview - Normally asked (to check about communication skills) :
a) Name
b) Schooling/Degree
c) About yourself
d) Asked about comfortable shifts and told about company
2) HR Round - Group Discussion/ Group Interview :
a) How confidentiality you tell about yourself in front of group
b) Background (Mother/Father/Siblings)
c) Why choose Concentrix?
d) If experienced (not a fresher) - Asked about past jobs, and why left
e) Memorable Day or any other topic to check skills
3) According to HR round promoted to particular suited process. Discussion with particular Process's hiring team member :
a) Asked about comfortable with rotational shifts
b) A contract (of a year maybe) if applicable (Don't worry about that)
c)Told about the process like I was chosen for Dell.
d) Asked about computer knowledge (Very basic).
5) Particular Process's hiring member took a written test
a) MCQ based
b) Given a re attempt if not cleared in first attempt ( I cleared at my first though)
c) Many Technical Computer based questions related to Troubleshooting and common issued found in systems. Also many common commands, Operating System questions
d) 50 questions - time limit normal.
4) Operations round (it was held the next day for me)
a) Operation manager of Dell : 2 people interviewing me.
c) Experience and Degree related normal questions
d) The MCQ questions , some if those common computer troubleshooting questions were asked. Like if this happened with your system what would you do.
f) They would basically check your knowledge of computer (In Dell)
5) If applicable 2 Tests -
a) Typing speed (30 words per minute min.)
b) Versant Test ( Search for it online; How much you can understand US based language/English on headphones and answer many questions; Don't try to fake too much accent, be crisp and clear otherwise you would fail trying because it's a little tough test; Re-attempt given)
6) In Dell - CCT and PST training (Communication and Process Training)
Tech support virtual interview and writing assessment, English fluency typing and recorded virtual interview. It was a good experience until now I hope I can get into the next rounds.

It was fun and okay overall, but it felt repetitive after a while. The experience mainly consisted of the usual, typical call center questions, making it less engaging than expected.

Online video submission, asked a couple of questions. The most difficult part was the intensive background check that came after. But due to the nature of the work it is understandable.
