The Hiring process is straight forward two or three phone rounds all depends on you skills set.
They are willing to give travel expenses back after 6 months in the company when you pass probation
but only when they feel like and not when they break the agreements and offer people positions which after 3 weeks will not exist anymore

Don’t go into it expecting a proper sales role in the usual sense.
It’s more like glorified order taking.
Most people already know what they want, and as long as they pass a credit check, that’s pretty much it.
For anyone who actually wants a proper sales job you'll get bored within a week it's repetitive and mind numbing
