It wasn't a good experience at all. They kept me waiting for about 2 or 3 hours aftr the English test and the IQ test. Then i had an interview with the HR then another one and at the end an interview with the floor manager. Finally I was rejected because of my lack of experience in the call center field ALTHOUGH they knew from the very beginning that I have no experience in call center.

It was long, went through three different stages and it took them a while to get back to me, the first was the usual phone call interview, after that was a video call with the Hr, then another video call with the client.
