The recruiter / HR person was very friendly and has responded to each of my follow-up questions with timeliness and accuracy. If you have an interview with Concentrix they are very good to deal with.

HR recruiter was very friendly and professional. First appointment Regional Director didn´t turn up (called in an important assignment, it could happen!). Interview rescheduled, apologies, bla bla... Second attempt, a lot of indirect questions asked which made it difficult to give clear answers. I did ask in a couple of occasions if I had anwered the question. I do not deny I might had a bad day or poor performance but the question were not clear.
