Behavioral interview - mostly about your plans for the company, your attitude and personality
Technical test - about the product/account you will be assigned
Final interview - interview with TL or OM

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
