It was pretty easy. Basic computer questions. The interviewer was friendly. My experience working in the company was very nice. I had been working from home due to COVID. I really enjoyed being part of Concentrix.

It was fun and okay overall, but it felt repetitive after a while. The experience mainly consisted of the usual, typical call center questions, making it less engaging than expected.

Online video submission, asked a couple of questions. The most difficult part was the intensive background check that came after. But due to the nature of the work it is understandable.
