There are total 3 rounds of interview , First round is the English test which was conducted on the system , second round is the technical round in which they are checking the communication and basics of technical knowledge, 3rd round is HR round.

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
