Unfriendly HR. HR himself being non-Hindi speaking, is interviewing candidates expected to speak Hindi for the domestic voice process. Despite knowing Hindi, he was interviewing in English. He made the candidates feel that they were not good enough and is very unprofessional

The interview process at Concentrix was simple and smooth. First, there was a basic HR round where they asked about my introduction, communication skills, and willingness to work in voice process. Then, a few general questions were asked. The interviewer was friendly, and the overall experience was easy and comfortable.”

The interview has 3 rounds 1 is HR briefing and 2nd round will be Test once clearing the test there will be last round which is Manager round once this is cleared you will get the offer letter
