Everything was automated. The interview was done through series if tasks and a virtual recording of about you, you talk about yourself, skills etc. There is a typing proficiency test as well
There is an AI generated chat interview, PC and Internet test, typing speed test, and at last Record your interview answers. There is no one on one or phone interview.

They keep posting the job again and again. I am more than qualified for the job and have 1 year of experience in a technical support role. I applied for this role three times and every time they rejected my application. They seriously need to look for their HR. These company is trying to fool the job seeker.
