The HR is a bumbling bufoon calls at innappropriate timings and asks to edit resume so that the hiring manager can approve it. Then comes the interesting part, after clearing L1 and L2 interviews the hiring team and HR say that CV is not as per their standards. Which interestingly no one pointed out at initial stages. Post L2 they give no feedback and the constant hounding they were doing has now stopped.
