Very casual and conversational. Friendly people. Excited about the future. Curious and engaged. Helpful and honest about their experiences which was nice to hear. A bit clunky on their process and seems like lots of red tape at the company which is perhaps due to its size.

Endless interviews with long periods of silence between. Lack of consistency in terms of describing the job from one interview to the next (by the same person). Lots of enthusiasm and energy by the interviewer.
