The company was initially very responsive - quickly reviewing my applications and scheduling a 30-minute phone conversation with the recruiter, which went well. They then scheduled a 30-minute interview via Teams. Unfortunately, I experienced technical difficulties joining the meeting despite multiple attempts, and it appears the issue was not on my end. I promptly communicated the problem, and while the recruiter has been engaging up to that point, communication was abruptly cut off afterward. I was never offered another chance to interview, despite my continued interested and willingness to troubleshoot.
I understand things get busy, but the lack of follow-up felt unprofessional and disappointing, especially after such a positive start.
