The interview process was very short and chill. The questions were not difficult ,and the assessment is after , which was very easy . The recruits asked very general questions about troubleshooting .
Tech support virtual interview and writing assessment, English fluency typing and recorded virtual interview. It was a good experience until now I hope I can get into the next rounds.

It was fun and okay overall, but it felt repetitive after a while. The experience mainly consisted of the usual, typical call center questions, making it less engaging than expected.
