Interview process was actually good. Company arranged and paid for my travel arrangements (flight, car to hotel, and hotel). Interviews were fair. The mistake was in the post-interview follow-up, in that there was no follow-up despite my attempts to e-mail and call for follow-ups.. This type of corporate attitude is why Ricerca is a poor company. If the company cannot act professionally towards recruits, they will have even worse behavior as an employee. I would steer clear of this company.
