Applied online. Had a short phone interview and had in an person interview set up over the phone. I really felt welcomed and had 3 managers give a lot of their time to talk to me about the role. Each person talked to you 1 on 1. Interview was long and lasted about an hour or an hour and a half but it was relaxed and not stressful at all. Basically just explaining the job in detail. I did not get the job however but I'd recommend applying to others mainly just because of the time and respect they give you during interview process. Very different than other job interviews I've experience. Rare but good.
