Tough interview. A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn, only to say I didn't have the number of years required to qualify. Why even contact me then?
In the interview, I proved to have everything they were looking for, minus a technical background. The director really wants everything on his check list, though, so he denied the interview when I was referred to him.
Job role says 3+ years required to qualify. It seems like they are really looking for someone with 5+ though.
Don't get discouraged if you are not selected. They won't give you a chance if you don't have every bell and whistle they are looking for on paper.

The hiring process was dynamic, structured, HR manager gave a clear description of what will the hiring process consist of, I received follow up emails/feedback quite quick after the interviews. There were 3 rounds of interviews and a test task. Overall I was very satisfied with the process

I have passed 2 interview stages here: HR and some manager.
Firstly, I've been interview by Kiev HR. It was a short call for basic screening purpose.
Then we have scheduled the call with US-based manager of the product direction I have been interviewing for. It lasts for 30mins and consists of my experience presentation and product feature explanation. That all.
I've got a negative response from HR a few days later. No clear reasons or response explanation was provided to me. Any attempt to request their decision clarification was unsuccessful.

I had a phone interview - and then my role was changed based on the needs of the company. I had a great conversation and was very excited to move on to the next stage but they let me know before my interview date that they really needed to fill a different role first. I felt that they were very respectful of me in that process and appreciated that a different need was larger. I would happily consider interviewing with them again.

The questions were probing - a lot of the interview felt like if my answer didn't line up I'd be taken off their list. I personally prefer the tough part to be in the first interview or so and the later ones to be a check on my skillset and personality fit for the team
