I created a profile online, submitted my resume for several WORK AT HOME positions. I completed several assessments such as typing speed and comprehension of a call center environment. Next day I had a phone interview and we did a Wi-Fi speed test over the phone. Over the next couple days I had 3 more phone interviews all the same questions. I was hired immediately after my 4th interview via email. The following week I received all correspondence via email for paperwork. Then I was sent for a drug test to a local lab. It took a while to come back but once it did they mailed me my iMac to used for work.
