I did the test online and that went well with the exception I could NOT read the typing test, the font was extremely small. I got the first call and I felt it went well. I was told I would be contacted the first part of the following week. I never herd a word either way?? I followed up with the rep who contacted me incase I missed a email, she never contacted returned my inquiry?? I then logged into my Contuent account and my account states they are to notify me either way???? I then reached out one more time and NADA!! Disappointing and unprofessional! I am great with interviews, I am a people person and every interview I have I get!

When you join the interview you'll be asked to do a speed test with Google Fiber. You'll email the results to the recruiter. For the results you need to have at least 10 download and 3 upload. Then an overview of the company and position will be given. Next, I was asked four interview questions. Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer, tell me about a time you gave exceptional customer service, tell me about a time you went above and beyond, and finally, tell me about a time you had to take on something new and how did it turn out(can be unrelated to work). Afterwards, you'll be asked to show your work location. Working from your bedroom is fine. Just make sure the computer isn't set up where someone can look through the window and see what you're doing. I was offered the position on the spot. I interviewed 7/3 with Will F. He was very informative and easy going.
