It was normal, not much of things were expected initially. It mostly project specific for the experienced professionals who are asked according to the requirement of asset which occur.
Mostly the interviewer is the person from the particular team
Easy process, They will ask questions from core java only. In first round 5 questions will be there some from collection, JDBC and plaindrome. In secound round string based programs will be there.
