Was texted and told to download telegram for an online interview—chatted in telegram for a bit before I started getting skeptical. I asked how would I know if it’s legit & they responded with trust the company lol scam

A position was posted on the Indeed board. An online application was submitted. I was contacted by Conduent via SMS texting asking if I would be available for an interview. The entire interview process was conducted via text messaging through the 'Telegram' application.

There were a number of questions asked. The general gist of the questions pertained to past work experience and qualifications for the posted position. Note that this was all done via text messaging. There was no phone conversation or video interview process.
