First stage interview with recruiter Initial call with hiring manager and 1 other person Issues: Zoom was very unstable on their side as the technical person and hiring manager are based in India Straight into very technical questions which I was not prepared for as I was not informed this would be a technical interview. Due to being ambused during the interview and technical issues with Zoom, I informed the manager that I would like to withdraw my application and we should end the call immediately. Would be best to inform candidates that the inital call is a technical call.
