The actual interview with the MD (who was pleasant) is very short. Most of the time allocated for the day was spent filling in a questionnaire with a very wide range of topics. Once you've finished your questionnaire you are free to go.

Bit of a different interview format to other companies. 1st Interview: in-person resume screening, very brief. 2nd Interview: all about your childhood and your involvements at school. (Didn't get a 3rd Interview - but I think it's with one of the managers and probably more job-specific) All the staff were really nice and friendly but I think they look for a very specific fit (think posh, ex-head girl from London who plays netball) and are unlikely to go for anyone who doesn't fit that because they get new applications all the time from people who do.
