Initial interview very short. Along with about 15 other people we were shown a presentation about the company and then asked to complete a personality test. As we were doing this we were one by one called out for an brief interview lasting approx. 3 mins and asked the basic interview questions. When we were done we could leave.

The interview began with a group session of around 12 candidates where we were given a presentation about the company, the role, and expectations. Afterwards, each of us was called in individually for a short interview of around 5–10 minutes. The process felt structured yet informal, focusing on motivations and career goals. Overall, it was well organised and gave a clear overview of what working at the company would involve.

Interview process included a call with HR and another call with Head of the team. The last stage of the interview process would've involved a task/presentation however got completely ghosted and never heard back from HR.

It was a very welcoming experience with a group of other girls, there were multiple choice questions to fill out, followed by a 1 on 1 interview. Then I was asked to come back for several other interviews later on down the line
