First 30 minutes chat with hiring manager. The second stage is a 2 hour interview: The first 30 minutes of the interview were a presentation, the second part a q&a with a panel of 4 people. The good thing is that they tell you relatively quickly if they want to move forward and give you feedback in case they decide not to hire you.
