Colloquio
The interview process was good. The first two rounds were completely technical which I think is enough time to assess the technical expertise of any candidate. The third round was the behavioral assessment which shows the aptitude of the candidate that whether he/she is suitable to fit into the Company's culture. Overall, the nice interviewing process from HR calls to set up interviews till on-boarding of that individual.
