One phone Interview, followed by a take-home assignment, followed by another phone interview. I got a rejection email at this stage. The recruiters move very super slow, lack in communication, and generally seemed confused and not very eager to hire. Initially the recruiters mentioned that their process is just a take-home assignment and then an onsite round, but then came back to me with requests for more phone interviews. I was told that there will be multiple remote interviews, but then only 1 was scheduled.
Overall they are not very effective in communicating what exactly they're looking for, resulting in wasted time on both sides. Be careful about investing your precious time interviewing here (esp doing any take-home assignments), or multiple rounds of phone interviews before the onsite round, as the turnaround times are very very slow. I did not feel that I learnt a lot about the company, the challenges it is facing, its product strategy, culture etc by interviewing here, in spite of investing so much time in the process. To be fair, the interviewers (engineers) themselves seemed friendly, humble and the recruiters were also very friendly (and not rude / arrogant like other places (hint: Uber ;)
