I was contacted by a recruiter, was asked what times I’m available and I sent her a few time frames. She ghosted for a few days and just randomly scheduled me on one of the days I listed. That would be fine except I had another interview at that time now, so I immediately email her to let her know. She doesn’t respond for another few days and asks me again when I’m available. I give her a few time frames and she hasn’t gotten back to me in over a week. Hey Confluent, why are you hiring recruiters that act like this? Are you overworking them or do they just not care?
