1st step was a phone screen. 2nd was two interviews with hiring managers on separate days. One mentioned an on-site visit, then never responded to my outreach and follow up to schedule. It took about a week until the recruiter reached back out to set up the next interview. 3rd was a panel interview for a mock discovery call as a rep. The focus was on setting an agenda, doing discovery, and closing next steps (not so much on the product). I had received very positive feedback and some constructive criticism, I was told I would hear back about a decision within the next few days. But then they completely ghosted... I reached out to the hiring manager and recruiter directly multiple times, but have not heard back from anyone (now several months later). With the amount of energy put into this process, I'm very disappointed with this and would have appreciated even a rejection with feedback.

Phone Interviews, In-person Interview - I followed up several times, and absolutely zero response as to yes or no etc. Very unprofessional in my opinion. The question was did I get an offer - who knows... there is ZERO follow-up with this company
