Straight forward, they wanted to understand if I had a fit with the company and was flexible enough to move within the organization.
It tends to be hard to schedule an appointment, everybody is running from one place to another and the company has been growing fast.
I had 4 interviews with 4 different people. The last one was with my direct manager.
