I am a mid-level professional who was offered an interview for a management position. I was stood up twice for a phone screening without even an apology - I wrote the first time to reschedule after waiting for over 30 minutes; the second time, I waited for them to contact me and they never bothered following up with me at all. I believe the screenings were outsourced to another company but still... not a good impression.
