They reached out to me after a few months of applying. They kept in touch for a few months but never contacted me again. Be courteous to others’ time/life. Unprofessional.

I received an email from an administrative assistance inquiring on my availability to do a phone interview. I provided my availability and scheduled a phone interview to be done a few days later with the HR Director. The interview ran about 23 minutes, in which my background was inquired about, description of the company/position provided, and the standard questions about my experience and workplace situation practices. To this day (2 1/2 weeks later) have not heard a word about the position; even with two follow ups being made. I would've been very grateful to get a response to at least let me know that I was/wasn't being further considered as a candidate, and thanking me for my time and interest. I did not, so this is my experience with the company's interview process.
