There really isn't much of a first interview. The second interview they say they are going to take you out to lunch with the "Senior Managers," when really one Manager (who still goes door to door also) requires you to drive your own vehicle as you observe how they go business to business (which they don't tell you until your there) for hours until lunch. The manager buys you lunch at a fast food joint. I had to change out of high heels because the "Office Manager" led me to believe my second interview would be held over a business lunch. They pretend to be professional but they are door to door salespersons. They advertise things as free when they are simply extremely discounted.
