The first round of the selection process was a Group Discussion involving approximately 10 participants. During this stage, candidates were assessed based on their communication skills, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and confidence in expressing their viewpoints. The discussion focused on a given topic, where participants had to present their arguments, listen actively, and engage in constructive debate.
