I interviewed over the phone after submitting my resume online, filled out a survey that compiled information on my personality, and did an online quiz. The interview was with the recruiter and on boarding manager for an hour. They also asked me to send them a video on Why I chose to apply at their company and why me.

It was long but very organized . I interviewed with 6 different peoples ( Third part reciter, Connection HR, Sales Manger, Sales Director, Local Sales AE, Sales VP), and they are asked me different questions related to different parts of the responsibilities of the job I was applying. Overall I felt they really "picky" since most of their employees work their long terms (I believe over 10 years ); therefore, they really want to make sure you are a good fit for the company culture witch I 100% respect !
