Pretty formal but overall pleasant. I had a great manager who hired me onto his team so I guess the experience varies depending on who interviews you. It was fairly brief. They required barely any experience because one girl in my training class was fresh out of high school with no college degree.

Had two HR calls then an interview with three members of the sales team.
Interview went really well, but they were offended when I asked about employee turnover. One member of the sales team called me a "sausage." Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Phone interview then panel interview. In person / remote both options are available depending on your location. The interviews are nice and pretty easy going as this is for a sales position
