      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Consensys nel mese di nov 2017

      Got quick response from them. Quickly passed the first round of telephone interview, and then was given a task to prepare some presentation about Ethereum client. So, I did and then we had another video call to present my view. This presentation went well and I was assigned for another interview with somebody from their London office. That was more technical interview than the first one. Again discussion about my background, especially in the blockchain, making another presentation about randomly chosen Ethereum related topic and then presenting it on-line. I was given a positive feedback by London employee, his response was confirmed by hiring manager from New York. I was told the next step would be on-site interview. But since then I never heard from them. I've tried to reach the hiring manager from their New York office - got no response. What is strange in thi situation is that position I applied for back in 11/2017 is still not filled even now in 3/2018. They were not able to fill this and many other positions on their web-site for 5 months. This is really strange. Because Consensys is positioned as a growing startup, but I do not see any growth there. Literally, all positions that have been open about 5-6 months ago are still open and some new were added. It makes me feel like something is wrong there. If you can't close a position within 5-6 months, then something is wrong. I guess they have some budget constraint or something. Why are they spending their time for interviews is still questionable? I just want to add, that I have some good experience with software development in blockchain domain. I have demonstrated them my project on GitHub for Java library providing a streamlined API for interacting with 60+ Bitcoin and Altcoin exchanges providing a consistent interface for trading and accessing market data and it was received well. Right now, in March of 2018, they have 344 open positions (per Glassdoor). Really? A relatively small startup has 344 open positions? It looks like those positions are not being filled for quite a long time. Something fishy here
