Interview was very easy, they want you to know excel and take a test before hand. It seems as though if you get an interview you can get the job.

Over the phone interview. Then a 2 person zoom interview which consisted of many questions like, moments in a job where you felt proud of yourself. Name a time when you failed even though you’ve taken all the necessary steps to be successful. And then they described the benefits, wage, and description of the position.

The interview process was exactly as they detailed on their webpage. The interviewers were easy to talk to and the questions flowed naturally. I love how the company has an open-door policy allowing for all employees to go to their supervisors with any ideas or concerns allowing for continuous growth for the company as well as it's employees.
