I applied through the UCF knightslink website, was notified via email after 2 days about the position. Expressed interest and was told I would need to take a IQ and Skills Test. Made an appointment to do it at one of the CED locations in Orlando. I think I did well on it, but was told I did not make it when I sent a thank you email and tried to follow up on it.

There's multiple rounds and a few behavioral/personality tests. The interviews themselves are relatively relaxed with most topics revolving around lifestyle and the classic interview questions like strengths vs weaknesses. They look for the right personality type for this job, someone who wants to relocate and can work autonomously to make sure customers are in good credit standing.
