They hired employees through a staffing agency at first. It was three people in the interview. Vice President, Human Resources, and Account Manager. They all smile and are friendly. Very welcoming. Normal questions were asked. It lasted about 15-20 min. Each of them had their own set of questions. The interview was really a formality for them to decide if they liked you. I received an employment offer within 4 hours after I left.
As of February 2016 we have implemented a new hiring process. We will continue to work to improve the application, interview, and hiring process to keep improving the candidate's experience with us. Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
