After the initial phone screen, I was called in to interview with 3 people. All of the interviews were 1:1 and each lasted about 20 minutes. I was called back for a followup interview with the company president. Then two of the interviewers took me out to lunch.

After the initial phone screen, I was called in for an interview with three members of the recruiting team. Each interview lasted about 30 minutes and questions touched on my background as well as personality. The second in-person interview day was about 2 weeks after the first one and involved a 1 on 1 interview with the president and founder of the company and a less formal atmosphere at lunch to gauge how you fit in with your potential co-workers. Outside of the president, everyone I interviewed with was in their 20s and had been there for about four years. I got a great feel for the company and it would have been a great place to work with great people beside you.
