Not very difficult. Anyone could really get a job here since the turnover is so high once the current employees find out what the current system is like. Avoid at all costs!

You will be contacted and asked silly questions by the team and the branch manager. Anyone with a functional brain will be able to get this job. So if youre looking for a paycheck, and and easy place to get hired. you have found your match.

Really sorry your interviewing experience wasn't as you expected. I'm located in the Boca location and haven't yet seen the Branch Manager hire someone in 3 days, but I will look into this.
