The overall 'view' of the company is a caring, professional and ethical outfit to work for. (Their Tonbridge offices exude this.) Likewise, they have been reviewed by The Daily Telegraph financial section as the 'next best co' to expand (if they chose to do so.) However, the live in care givers (who are their bread and butter, alongside the fee the co charge to the client for the placement), are likely to fall at the last hurdle in the process if they do not fit certain criteria. I want to say the hours of paper filling should make sure you do not get invited for interview if you are not suitable. (Most of the initial selection is done via paper forms, emails and just one hour long phone pre-screening interview - although it is more to check the answers you put on the forms rather than an in-depth interview about your skills.) However, be prepared for some basic 'no no's'. Be prepared also for a full CRB check in UK and also your country of residence. (They recruit from the many Ex Pat communities around the world.)
