They apparently fired their last Comp Analyst for not being fast enough. 2. Hiring Manager call: Hiring manager seems like a very nice person, but doesn't have any Comp experience, which begs the question of whether any training would ever be provided to the new Comp Analyst. The organization as a whole has extremely poor salaries, which is unfortunate for the patients and clients that the company supports.
