It was an enjoyable process that involved a balanced mixture between technical capabilities, as well as interpersonal communication skills. Once the proverbial ball began to roll, the momentum picked up quickly. The enthusiasm of the interviewers was contagious, and I felt myself becoming more excited about joining the company the further along I went.
